1. Subject

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Dopuni.se Services and the Application. By using the application, you agree to and accept these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use constitute a contract between us, the operators of the Dopuni.se application, on one hand, and you as a User of our services, on the other.

We provide Dopuni.se services in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce, the Law on Obligations, the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on Personal Data Protection, the Law on Advertising, and other relevant regulations in force in the Republic of Serbia.

DOPUNI SE DOO Belgrade reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Use, suspend the provision of Dopuni.se application services or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, in accordance with the procedure described in these Terms of Use, of which you will be notified.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services and Dopuni.se Application are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. However, interruptions in the functioning of the Dopuni.se Application may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment. DOPUNI SE will, on its part, where reasonably within our control, take necessary steps to prevent this. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted use, or use of the Dopuni.se Application free of any errors, and we cannot be liable for any damage, loss, claims, costs, or expenses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled service interruptions, unavailability, or slowness of the Services or Dopuni.se Application.

We reserve the right to limit the use of the Services or the Dopuni.se Application at our sole discretion at any time with or without prior notice. We make the Services available to you through the Dopuni.se Application.

2. Access

Service: external charging of electronic devices of registered users. The Dopuni.se Application gives users the ability to search for locations in Belgrade where a battery can be rented or returned.

To become a User of this Dopuni.se Application, you must meet the following requirements:

Users must be at least 15 years old.
Users must truthfully provide the information requested by their chosen registration method. Payment card details are requested separately only when required to use paid Services.
Users must accept these Terms of Use.
Users must accept the Privacy Policy.

The User guarantees that all data related to their identity and information entered during registration on the Dopuni.se Application is true, accurate, and complete. In addition, Users undertake to update their data when changes occur. If a User provides any false, inaccurate, or incomplete data, or if DOPUNI SE believes there are reasonable grounds to suspect the truthfulness, accuracy, or integrity of the data, DOPUNI SE may deny that User current or future access to and use of the Dopuni.se Application or any of its content and/or services.

3. User Registration

To use the Services we provide, you may register and create your own user account through the web version of the Dopuni.se Application or after downloading the Application from the Google Play Store or App Store. To register and subsequently use the Application, you must have a device with internet access. When using the Services, you may be charged data transfer fees according to your mobile operator's pricing. Protecting your personal data is key to our business — please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Users may create or access an account using their mobile number and a one-time verification code sent by SMS. The Application may also offer email and password or a supported third-party identity provider for initial authentication; when phone-number verification is required, the User must complete the SMS OTP step before accessing the relevant account features. Information required during registration depends on the chosen method. Payment card details are requested separately only when required to use paid Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your user account and authentication credentials. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for any content posted through your user account. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Dopuni.se Application or user account may be grounds for us to revoke your right to access or use the Dopuni.se Application or user account. You may not use the Dopuni.se Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You may not, while using the Dopuni.se Application, violate any laws to which you are subject as a User of the services. You may not modify, adapt, or hack the Dopuni.se Application or user account, or modify another application to falsely suggest its affiliation with the Dopuni.se Application. You may not in any way be authorized to resell the use of the Dopuni.se Application or our Services to any third party, presenting it as your private property or with an added fee.

If certain aspects of the Services are unavailable due to inaccurate registered data, we cannot be held responsible. You also agree to keep your user credentials confidential and not disclose your username and password to anyone. If you suspect that a third party has accessed or used your user account, notify us immediately. You are solely and exclusively responsible in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use resulting from access to or use of your user account, with or without your knowledge.

4. Use

To use paid Services in the Dopuni.se Application, you must provide a supported payment method when requested. You may transfer funds from your payment card to your "wallet" (Wallet) and make payments through the Wallet, or make payments directly using a payment card. If you transfer funds from your payment card to the Wallet, you will not be able to withdraw those funds afterward. If you do not have sufficient funds in the Wallet, the full fee for Services used will be charged to your registered payment method. You can add a new card and/or remove an existing one at any time.

By clicking "scan station" in the application, users scan the QR code on the station and the battery will be automatically released. Before using the battery, you must carefully inspect it for any damage, including but not limited to the presence of a cable, cable condition, battery level functionality, and similar. After each use of the battery, you can end the rental period by returning the battery to the station (the rental period automatically ends in the application), ending the fee meter, and paying the relevant fees. 5. Usage Fee

During the purchase process, the buyer receives a confirmation document by email and a notification in the application updating the user's wallet balance.

The usage fee depends on the pricing plan applicable at the location or for the user at the time of rental. The applicable pricing plan is displayed in the Dopuni.se Application before confirming the rental. All plans include VAT in the price and have no hidden costs.

Plan A — Daily Plan

Price per started hour — 120 RSD
Maximum price per day — 120 RSD
Lost/unreturned battery price (after 3 days) — 3,500 RSD

Battery rental price by day (Plan A):

Day I rental price — 120 RSD
Day II rental price — 120 RSD
Day III rental price — 120 RSD

If the battery is not returned within 3 days, we charge the daily price of 120 dinars, plus a purchase fee of 3,020 dinars — total fee 3,500 dinars (VAT included, no hidden costs).

Plan B — Hourly Plan

Price per started hour — 120 RSD
Maximum price per day — 500 RSD
Lost/unreturned battery price (after 3 days) — 3,500 RSD

Battery rental price by day (Plan B):

Day I rental price — up to 500 RSD
Day II rental price — up to 500 RSD
Day III rental price — up to 500 RSD

If the battery is not returned within 3 days, we charge the daily price of up to 500 dinars, plus a purchase fee of 2,000 dinars — total fee 3,500 dinars (VAT included, no hidden costs).

DOPUNI SE reserves the right to introduce additional pricing plans or modify existing ones, of which users will be notified in a timely manner through the Dopuni.se Application. For any questions, support, or other inquiries, contact info@dopuni.se.

6. Special Benefits

Free period — The first 5 minutes of battery use (after rental) are free for all users.
Top-ups — You can top up your "wallet" (Wallet) and receive free Dopuni Se credit.
Subscription — You can subscribe weekly or monthly, and the rental price becomes 0 RSD.
Referral codes — You can receive referral codes and send them to others; if the recipient enters the code during registration, both users receive a certain amount of free time or a percentage discount on the usage fee.
Electronic coupons — We have the ability to award electronic coupons to Dopuni.se Application users, enabling free usage time or a percentage discount on the usage fee.

7. Refunds

In the event of returning goods and refunding a user who has previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, the point of sale where the battery was used is obligated to process the refund exclusively through DINA, VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods.

8. User Privacy Protection

We commit to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic user data and data required for business operations and user information, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing quality service. All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need it for their work. All employees of DOPUNI SE are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

9. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the currently most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor Monri Payments, so the entire payment process takes place on Monri Payments' pages. At no point is payment card data accessible to our system.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The User of the services hereby warrants: (a) that they have the right and ability to become a User and undertakes to act in accordance with these Terms of Use; (b) that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the use of the Dopuni.se Application and Services; and (c) that they will comply with all obligations arising from these Terms of Use. You agree that you will use the Dopuni.se Application and our Services at your own risk. We will take all reasonable steps to provide you with a good and quality level of Services; however, we do not guarantee that such services will be free of errors or interruptions at any time. Except where explicitly stated herein, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the displayed content, its completeness, or its suitability for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

All content displayed or used on the Dopuni.se Application is presented without any warranties, conditions, or guarantees regarding its accuracy on our part. You bear the risks associated with using the Dopuni.se Application, Services, and the internet. We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful materials that may infect your electronic and/or mobile equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Dopuni.se Application and/or Services, or for downloading any content on it or on any website linked to it.

The limitations set forth in this section apply to: (i) indirect and incidental damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or other intangible losses; (ii) all consequences of lawsuits or claims in aggregate, including, without limitation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, damages, negligence, gross negligence, willful violation of the law, misrepresentation, and other fraudulent acts. The limitations stated in this section are not intended to exclude or modify your consumer rights guaranteed by law. The limitations stated in this section shall remain in effect after the expiration of these Terms of Use. The limitations shall also apply if any of the legal remedies stated in these Terms of Use is officially determined to be inapplicable or dismissed.

12. Copyright and Content Ownership

Under these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services through accessing and using the Dopuni.se Application on your device, as well as through using any content and information that may be made available, in any case exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed. During the application of these Terms of Use, you may not: (a) sell, copy, distribute, offer, rent, or in any other way commercially exploit the Dopuni.se Application, (b) alter, modify, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Dopuni.se Application, (c) attempt or make unauthorized access to the Dopuni.se Application, which may jeopardize the provision of Services and the functioning of the Dopuni.se Application, any part thereof, a connected system, or network.

13. Complaints

Complaints are uncommon but can be initiated in the case of card misuse or force majeure events. Please contact us by email and we will resolve your complaint through direct communication as soon as possible. If at any time you have a problem, suggestion, or additional question regarding the Service or the Dopuni.se Application, you can notify us through the Dopuni.se Application or by sending an email to info@dopuni.se. If you disagree with any charges we have made to your account, you must notify us within 10 business days from the date the disputed charge occurred. To resolve all disputed costs, we will need certain information, including the date and place when and where you rented and returned the battery, as well as approximate times. As a rule, we offer refunds if the rented powerbank is defective or otherwise unusable. For refunds, contact info@dopuni.se.

14. Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia — dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate (middle rate of the National Bank of Serbia) is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

15. SMS Verification Messages

DOPUNI SE sends only user-requested one-time SMS passcodes (OTPs) for account registration, sign-in, and phone-number verification, including resends requested by the User. These messages are transactional and are not used for advertising or marketing.

Message frequency varies based on User requests; generally, one SMS is sent per successful request and per requested resend. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. However, completing a phone-based registration, sign-in, or phone-verification flow requires receiving and entering the requested OTP. Other authentication methods may be available where offered in the Application.
